1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and done99 ("done99", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of done99.vip and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer products, and payment services.

By accessing done99.vip, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with done99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Any winnings accrued on an account subsequently found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on done99. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information at all times.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your done99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• All activity conducted through your done99 account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying done99 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

done99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on done99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). done99 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (cryptocurrency).

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 (JazzCash / Easypaisa); Rs 1,000 (bank transfer).
• Maximum deposit: Rs 50,000 per transaction via mobile wallets; Rs 200,000 via bank transfer.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 (mobile wallets); Rs 1,000 (bank transfer).
• Withdrawal processing time: 15–60 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa; 1–3 business days for bank transfers; under 30 minutes for USDT.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that are registered in the same name as the done99 account holder. done99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Deposits and withdrawals must originate from and be made to accounts lawfully owned by the registered account holder. Third-party payments are not permitted.

done99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which done99 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

done99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. General conditions applicable to all done99 bonuses include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• done99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.

The settlement of all sports bets is final once confirmed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on done99 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Employing automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain any advantage in casino games or sports betting.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any cooperative play scheme to defraud the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including exploiting software errors or bugs for financial gain.
• Accessing done99 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• Creating or using more than one done99 account.

8. Responsible Gaming

By registering an account on done99, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
